Bayside Beach Saka
Bayside Beach Saka is the closest beach to Hiroshima City. From the center of the city, you can reach the beach by car in about 30 minutes. This man-made sand beach runs approximately 1,200 meters along Route 31. Outside of the summer sea-bathing season (July, August), the beach is open at night so you can enjoy the sunset and nighttime views.
